Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

MyHomeRadius is operated by Believe The Process Ventures LLC ("we," "us") in San Jose, California. This page explains what we collect when you use myhomeradius.com, what we do with it, and your choices.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form or choose on the map:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your search details: area, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, home type, timeline, financing and pre-approval status, whether you work with an agent, whether you need to sell first, openness to fixer-uppers, and any notes you add.
• The map pin and radius you set, if you set one.
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and which kind.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details, or payment information.

How we use it

• To match you with homes that fit your search and to contact you about them.
• To send you next steps by email and follow up by phone, text (only if you opted in), or email.
• To keep a record of your request so we do not ask you the same questions twice.

Text messages

Texting is optional and is never a condition of anything. If you check a text box on the form, you agree to receive that type of message (informational or promotional) from Believe The Process Ventures LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Mobile opt-in data and text consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the site work:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers your form submission to us by email.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, and OpenStreetMap and unpkg serve the map tiles and map code. These providers can see your IP address when your browser loads them.
• Our own tools for storing and following up on leads.
• Where the law requires it, such as a valid legal request.

If we connect you with a specific seller or agent for a home you asked about, we will share only what is needed for that introduction.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Third-party services listed above may set their own technical data when they load.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working on your search and for a reasonable time after, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. We will not treat you differently for asking.

To make a request, email support@myhomeradius.com or text or call 415-770-0722. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act on it.

To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or tell us. To stop texts, reply STOP.

Security and children

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure. This site is for adults looking at homes and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too.
